Terms of Service

By accessing and using AICE's products, services, and websites, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

AICE designs, manufactures, and operates autonomous subsea systems for the monitoring and protection of critical infrastructure, alongside the supporting software, analytics, and support services.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AICE's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

AICE commits to providing reliable services with the following service levels:

• 99.5% uptime for core platform services
• 24/7 technical support availability
• Response time of 4 hours for critical issues
• Regular system maintenance with advance notice

Your data security and privacy are paramount. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

Payment terms for AICE services are as follows:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

AICE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AICE operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

AICE products are dual-use technologies that may be subject to export controls, sanctions, and trade compliance regulations in France, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer our products, software, or technical data in violation of applicable laws.

AICE reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
