AICE Power provides advanced industrial power monitoring solutions for supermarkets and hypermarkets, including but not limited to:

• Real-time power consumption monitoring
• AICE Sensor technology for currents up to 6000A triphase
• Data analytics and reporting services
• Technical support and maintenance
• Installation and configuration services

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AICE Power's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

• 99.5% uptime for monitoring systems
• 24/7 technical support availability
• Response time of 4 hours for critical issues
• Regular system maintenance with advance notice

Your data security and privacy are paramount. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for AICE Power services are as follows:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

7. Limitation of Liability

AICE Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AICE Power operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

AICE Power reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
